Thumbnail on /cart page problems

We are trying to use Woodmart along with Fancy Product Designer

After designing the product and going to /cart, the thumbnail is not changing to the custom image

We tried changing themes and had no issues. This seems like a bug with Woodmart

Make a blue grinder and go to /cart and you’ll see the thumbnail not change to the designed image. But on a different theme it wworks fine

We have not tested the plugin with our theme so we cannot guarantee full compatibility. Please provide your site admin access and confirm the permission to deactivate the plugins and switch to the Storefront for testings. I will submit the issue to our development department.

Please create a product with the global attributes and check the issue.

If the problem persists, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and leave Fancy Product Designer to detect if the theme causes the problem or other plugins.

WoodMart theme works with the default Woocommerce product page templates perfectly.

We tested other themes and encountered no issues. This is an issue with Woodmart theme.

With any other theme we tried, no problem.

With Woodmart theme and every plugin deactivated we encounter a problem

Have you contacted plugin support? As I told you we have not tested our theme with this plugin and most likely, you are right the theme is not compatible.

However, before making this conclusion, I wanted to check all and be sure that problem is in incompatibility but not in the incorrect configurations or other plugins influence.

Swatches in Woocommmerce are created only on global attributes. Your problem is that the proper image does not appear in the cart. Most likely the problem is in the custom attributes, perhaps it may work on other themes where there are no swatches.

So I suggest testing either global attributes or disable swatches, make the default drop-down attribute as in Storefront and check.

We tested also with no swatches + no attributes. Same issue. It’s a problem with the theme. Every other theme we try works perfectly fine right outside the box. Only Woodmart does not. See attached screenshot from Storefront on a test product with only the design tool.

Woodmart only knows how to take the main product image to put in the /cart page, but does not know how to take the customized design

Yes, FPD author said the problem is with the theme and to talk with the theme author as this issue is not happening with any other theme. As mentioned multiple times, we have tested many other themes and only Woodmart is broken.

Kindly asking to talk with your developers to fix this theme development issue.

We have no use for the theme of this is not fixed and will be forced to ask for a refund and leave a bad review.

If you cannot fix something so simple as making the /cart page work normally like 99.9999% of other WordPress themes can you please refund our purchase? We promise we won’t leave a negative review.

We cannot use this theme if /cart page is broken.
