Thumbnails not showing on product pages

Hi,

I’m having an issue getting the correct thumbnails to show on some of our variable product pages. It is pulling the thumbnails from the “product gallery” – it needs to use what is in the “variation image gallery”. See attached screenshots for reference.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please Make sure that you have added the images to all the variations and make sure that the option is enabled.

Then clear cache and check back.

All variations have images, the option is enabled, and the cache has been cleared. The thumbnails are still not showing up correctly. They are working on some product pages, but not all. Please advise.

As you mentioned the issue is with some products please try to recreate the products that are causing the issue with the variation images gallery issue then check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
