Thumbnails too large ( 300×300) on sidebar !

The sidebar pictures shows in 300×300 but should show in 70px x 70px
How can I get that one to be in the right resolution ?
The pictures on the frontpage are blurred (lemco.dk)

The screen shows the settings for images in the shop grid and in the product page.
What widget do you use in the sidebar? What you would like to show? I am checking the sidebar they are 65x65px;

I think that the 65 / 75 px is fine, but 300 px is far too much. I am just using the default in Theme setting (woodmart ) – Appearance – Widget – Shop page widget Area
I dont see any way to set a picture size ?

You can see the sizes which create WordPress in the Dashboard > Settings > Media.
