arcticaParticipantHello Support Team,
I’m facing an issue with the tiles (promo banners) I’ve laid out on my website. When the screen with is between 768px and 1020px they neither line up nor stack up. As a result, I’m receiving disordered layout with white space. Could you possibly have a look at the attached screenshots and assist me with fixing it, please ?
Kind regards,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
As far as the Mobile view of the Promo Banners are concerned, it is appearing fine: https://snipboard.io/r7mzTB.jpg
It seems that the Tablet view has some issues in this regard. Can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.3 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.
If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
Best Regards.

arcticaParticipantDear Aizaz,
It seems that switching to parent theme work. The banners line up in a one row in a tablet view. However I’ve already done some customization and css modification in my child theme. I’d rather not to style everything again and overwrite the parent theme files. Could you give me any clues ?
Regards,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
As you mentioned that switching to Parent Theme makes the issue resolve for you, then it means that there is some Customization at your Child Theme which is causing this conflict. So, you need to reconsider that.
Further, under the Elementor editor some of the options related to elements like Promo Banners too are available to configure for different viewports too: https://snipboard.io/mopzXU.jpg
So, you can check that and try adjusting them (if applicable).
Best Regards
