Timeout limit error

I’m trying to add woodmart theme to my webpage but still get “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

As in that topic https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/problem-importing-demo-sites/#new-post I deactivated every plugin thats not relevant to the theme but still doesn’t work.

We have reset your website and now it seems to be working well. Please, test it from your end.
