Timeout problem during dummy data import

Hi,

I have just bought Woodmart theme and I am trying to import dummy data from Mega Electronics demo. I have tried all the solutions which were covered on this forum but without luck.

In hidden content please find access information to my site. Could you please login to my site and import desired demo layout?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function

Thanks for answer. In reference to your reply, please indicate what should be the timeout limit on my server to fix the import function. I will need to know the approx value before I ask my hosting provider. I understand that under timeout limit you mean php_value max_execution_time and eventually php_value max_input_time?

Try to increase it to 180s and check how it works.

Thanks for prompt reply. It seems that the timeout value (180 s) is not the case and this issue is not related to my hosting provider. Hosting is on NVMe drives and all requested php parameters can be changed from .user.ini file located in the root of the domain. I have setted max_execution_time and max_input_time to 600 s and the problem still persist.

In the view of above in hidden area I have sended you additional access credentials to FTP. Additionally you have also access to my site WP dashboard. So full possible access is granted.

Please check what is the issue and make an import of full Mega Electronics demo. I have limited time to launch my online store. I already have the products and categories set up. I just need to quickly set up and customize your theme using the desired demo template. I need your support action to get this done without delay.

Ok. I understand. I have sended request to my hosting provider. I hope that increasing the timeout to 180s will solve the import problem. I will keep you informed.
