Timeout server

Im having trouble with my website, the hosting server is a dedicated server and the guys are saying the server timeout is because of the website theme.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. The latest version of the Theme running is 8.4.1

If the issue still persists, to troubleshoot the issue futher, please temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins on your site and then check the site’s behavior again. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one and test the site each time to identify which plugin is causing the problem. Once the conflicting plugin is identified, you may contact that plugin’s support team for further assistance.

Additionally, please make sure to clear all caches. If you are using any cache plugins, temporarily disable them and clear their cache. Also, clear the server cache to ensure that no cached files are affecting the results.

Been doing that with the themes latest update, The website is cached and all necessary optimization have been done but the issue persists .

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

It looks like theme files are corrupted. Please try to reinstall the theme completely. You need to make sure that the theme folder is permanently deleted from the server with all the files. Then reupload it via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. Let me know if it helps.
