In Settings>general>timezone

I’ve set this to UTC+10.

Does it change automatically during daylight savings and revert back when it ends?

Hello,

WordPress supports automatic daylight-saving adjustments when you select a city-based timezone. However, UTC+10 is a fixed UTC offset, so it does not automatically change for daylight saving time.
