TOC plugin not working after latest patch install

    Hi,
    I just installed the latest patch and now my TOC plugin is not working.
    When I click on my TOC at the top of my blog, it just refreshes the page and changes the url with a # at the end

    I updated this patch : 690552
    FIXED: Large images not displayed correctly in single posts. (Topic)
