Too Much Whitespace on Product Page w/ Sidebar

For product pages with sidebars … How do we move the tabs up underneath the Product Image/Add To Cart so there is not a huge whitespace all the way down the page until the sidebar ends?

Thank you for choosing our theme.

You can move product tabs to the add to cart button in Theme Settings -> Product page -> Tabs. You need to choose “Accordion” firstly and then change the position.

We tried that already. I just need the tabs (just without the whitespace) … we don’t want/need the accordion … besides, it is way too small for our needs.

The add-to-cart position for accordions also leave too much whitespace between the accordion and the sidebar.

We just need the tabs moved to the right of the sidebar.

As I want to expand the size of the sidebar, the whitespace will grow with it, so a fix is needed.

In both cases, the tabs appear to the RIGHT of the sidebar directly underneath the product image and add-to-cart without a halfpage full of whitespace, or more .. depending on how far the sidebar goes down the page.

Yes, but this website has an absolutely different HTML markup. Could you please install a child theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check is it possible to make this layout with our theme?

This is a fresh install, so you have the same exact code/setup on your server that we do. You should be able to come up with a fix on your development server than use mine.

There is no reason to have all that whitespace and make the user scroll down the page past the entire sidebar to read the description. If you can’t fix, may I request refund.

We can’t fix it on our side since it will change the entire layout. If our theme layout is not suitable for you, then you can request a refund and we will accept it. Or we can change the layout on your website only.

Okay .. FYI, we are not refund-junkies.

so, let me tinker around to see if I can come up with a suitable workaround with my partner (we do love the theme) … and then, if not, then and only then will we ask for a refund. Thank you for understanding.
