Tool tip for product swatches

Hi
is it possible to have a tooltip for product swatches i have attached a photo for reference?
Also i noted that my the items do not cross out when they are out of stock even though i have selected the option? See link attached you will see the black bottle is not in stock but is not crossed out?https://www.gmeza.co.za/product/lizzard-flask-530ml-2/
i also seem to have the problem that even thought the swatch picture is loaded the same as all the other colours it is not showing on this product.
