toollbar menu in footer bottum in mobile mode

I don’t have seen any setting for toolbar menu for mobile mode. which is seeing your demo theme
tell me how to set the menu under the bottom of the footer in mobile mode

This option is enabled and configured in the Theme Settings > General > Mobile navbar buttons.
