Tooltip issue in shop page

Default tooltip is not working in shop page, but it do working in product page. I need it enabled on shop page.

Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again.

Unfortunately, I cant remove the particular plugin. Is there any way around to fix this issue??
Hello,
First of all, just deactivate to detect which one causes the problem. Next, check if you replace with an equivalent the plugin which is necessary. Or make a decision: either you accept tooltip as it is now or remove the plugin which causes the problem.
