You have added only screen showing categories in the shop page heading and the category menu.
If you want categories (upper block) navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Titles and Sidebar “Categories in page title”
If you want the category menu, create it in Appearance > Menu and add in the Header Builder.
If it does not work provide valid site admin access

2. If you want to show categories here http://prntscr.com/lmifdb navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > SİDEBAR & PAGE TİTLE > Categories in the page title
You need to enable page title in the shop page http://prntscr.com/lmitn0
