Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.
Please edit the menu elements and review the menu. Then, navigate to Appearance > Menus to modify the menu items accordingly.
If you want to change the font size, You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

Please navigate to the following path: Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced. Here, you can add a custom rule for the “Secondary Navigation Links in the Top Bar” and specify the desired font size.
