Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Modify elements as per your needs: http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3

Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.

I cannot enter the Theme Settings. When I try to enter I see “Page is not found”

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

As soon as you enter the Theme settings, check, please Shop page > Promo banner. You can edit the content.
