You have not enabled this option in the Attribute: “Check if you want the archives of this attribute to be visible in the store.” https://gyazo.com/f7460a616184c0ec04d74952e39cf1dd and now, attribute item gets the option “view” and you will see the description: https://gyazo.com/3fe954641ce1612ed10c69b9860e2630

Please pay attention, that when you filter the product by the attribute, the description does not appear and if you go to the attribute item page, then you see this description. This is the way Woocommerce works and our theme does not influence.
