Topbar is not destined for such big menu. Whatever you do it will be spoiled on one of the widths. We recommend considering Footer or sidebar for placing menu.

Hello,

The menu shown on the screen is also big for tob bar. You can put it there however it would be destroyed on mobile. The height is fixed in topbar and any menu will be cut. The best place for the menu is footer or sidebar
