roosites.comParticipantThank you, I have added the credentials. I have recently took over this site, and still learning about what the previous developer had done. I have the theme and all the plug-ins up to date.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

roosites.comParticipantThanks, unfortunately that breaks the display that they had on the site. I assume the previous developer had done this. Can you possibly tell me where in the code, the top bar is blocked in the child theme? I think my clients preference is to keep the look, but add the top bar.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The problem is caused by the customization in your child’s theme. Our support does not cover fixing the customization. Also you are using the custom css code for header in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
Best Regards
