Top bar sliding text

Hi there, we see a missing feature of the top bar, please check the pandora website for example : https://us.pandora.net/

Every couple of seconds the text automatically slides to another text.
Can you tell us how we can do this? we assume this can be done with html block with elementor but we dont know how to create it.
Please help.

Hi there, its still not answering our question, we already have a top bar banner on our site but we want the text to change every couple of seconds, please see the pandora website and you will see yourself that their top bar banner is changing text every couple of seconds.
