maryamkParticipantDear team,
I have two issues with the theme– I added the social links at the top bar .. they were displaying perfectly, but they suddenly disappeared I don’t know why !
– within the homepage, the background has a grey rectangle for an image space, but I want to remove it .. I couldn’t find it from the backend

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated please provide your site admin access to the private area. I will check the settings.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please enter the row settings > Design tab and remove the background image: https://prnt.sc/x5kte5
As for the icons, I saw the message that the header builder does not work properly. Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme I will check.
Best Regards

maryamkParticipantswitching to parent theme shows the social icons .. what could be the issue ? I also tried to re-activate all of the plugins again while the parent theme is active, and the icons were shown perfectly. However, when I switched to the child theme, the icons disappeared again
