Top drop down popup

Hello,
I want to delete the black friday popup that opens at the top of the page. I deleted the HTML Block but a white page opens downwards. I turned it off in settings but it still opens

Please clear the cache on-site and in the browser. If the problem remains, please provide the screen of what you see, perhaps we are talking about different things.

I cleared all cookies. I even logged in from a different computer and browser. I’m sending you the screenshot

You can disable it in the Theme Settings > General > Header banner.

I have shown what I mean in the picture. All cookies were deleted and I even opened the site with the incognito mode of the browser. Then I opened the site in a different browser. The problem still persists. My settings are completely correct as you can see in the picture.
