The problem is, the top header isn’t working correctly! I gave you access to the site—check your settings. Everything is set correctly, but it’s not working. I’m attaching a screenshot. How can I make the top header work correctly so the carousel works correctly (I need three different sentences to rotate like in a slider?)

This will allow you to display multiple sentences/messages as a rotating or scrolling slider in the top header section.
I added an information box carousel to the top header block, but when I edit it, the text changes (there are 3 texts in total). But on the website, only the first one is displayed and doesn’t change. What’s the problem? How can I fix it?
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
I checked everything, and the widget just started working… but only on desktop. Help me set it up on mobile – I don’t understand what’s going on or where to look for the problem.
Your issue has been resolved. Navigate to Woodmart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Switch to mobile header and add the HTML Block in the mobile top bar.
