Top page margin problem with LearnDash pages

Hi, I’m experiencing problems using WoodMart template with LearnDash LMS pages.
When I try to modify empty course pages with Elementor Pro, the top part appears under the megamenu, rather than below where it should be, with a visible bug on the menu itself that appears transparent, and I’m unable to change that part of the page content.
Attached screenshot shows the menu showing up completely transparent, when scroll down it reappears with black background.
Can you provide any tips to manage this ?

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

I did a long check on that, I confirm, that this is a theme related problem…

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
Elementor (deactivate Elementor Pro as well)
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Please confirm the permission for switching to the parent, or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
