You need to first edit your Homepage with the Page Builder plugin active on your Site > under that you need to edit this Products (Grid or Carousel) element > in that you can find the Data Source area > there you can select which type or Products to show there. Something like shown in the following Image: https://snipboard.io/kIdyH4.jpg

You can also define there specific Categories from which you want to show Products of here.
