Topic categories broken

After the last update, the header was slightly broken, maybe something changed in the theme, I had to edit it manually.

1. I wanted the category menu in the header to be permanently open on the mobile version.
Found a solution, here:

I inserted the code in the Global custom CSS field, this code did not fit, I tried it for the mobile version, it does not work at all. Then removed this code.

Now, I don’t have an icon when opening the menu. Please help bring it back)))

2. How can I make the menu always open in the mobile version? (topic menu categories)

I’m using a child theme, I downloaded the file from themeforest and installed it over the latest versions. Everything seemed to work.

The second question remains, how to make this menu open the first time you click on the link.

I am afraid it is not possible. The drop-down menu will overlay the content and it is not possible to open it on the first visit and keep folded for others.
