TotalDesk Pages in Woodmart

Hello,
I have now installed the plugin “TotalDesk – Helpdesk, Live Chat, Knowledge Base & Ticket System” and now some pages are not displayed correctly by this plugin. The plugin author told me to contact the theme author.
Everything looks fine at the bottom of the pages, only the header is not displayed correctly at the top. Can someone help me there?
I have also removed a few <div> entries from the corresponding pages and played around a bit. But I can’t get it to work.

Provide login access for your site’s WordPress admin panel, please, so we can log in and check the issue on your side.

Unfortunately this is a live wordpress site with a lot of customer data and so I can’t just share an account with them. But you can tell me where to look for you. I can then send them the data from there or make screenshots.

Maybe some CSS styles are interrupted by a plugin so send me the URL of the website, please. I will inspect it using chrome dev tools. Without admin access, this is all I can do.
