Tracking system for WooCommerce orders

Hello,

I would like to create an order tracking system for WooCommerce orders.

The idea is that the customer can always see the current order status inside their account page, with custom statuses such as:

Payment Received
Order Confirmed
Product Is On The Way
Delivery Scheduled
Installation Scheduled For Tomorrow
Installation Team Is On The Way
Installation Completed

I would like to know:

Does WoodMart already support something similar?
Can custom order statuses be displayed nicely in the customer account page?
Is there any built-in order tracking timeline/progress feature?
What is the best recommended way to implement this using WoodMart?

By default, WoodMart does not include a built-in order tracking timeline or progress system with custom steps like the ones you described. It relies on the standard order status system provided by WooCommerce.

To add an Order Tracking page, go to > Pages > Add New, create a new page, and insert the shortcode:

[woocommerce_order_tracking]

This will generate a simple form where customers can enter their Order ID and Billing Email to check the status of their order.

If you want to be more specific, you need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
