Tracking the order status from client

I have a problem with a tracking order from the client-side. So I contact the creator of “woocomerce order number” and they told me:

This option is from theme/wp bakery?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, make the full backup of your site and check on the free Storefront theme to detect if our theme or plugins cause the problem.

This is not a bug this is something that we need to make it workable. Please read again the answer from the plugin Dev team:

This is an option for tracking woo order from wpbakary.

This functionality does not relate to our theme. This is Woocommerce feature. You can contact them and report the bug.

The reason is that the problem continues – after checking we find that the problem is due to the plugin js composer/wp bakery.

Since this is a special copy of that plugin which you offer, from the support of the plugin will not help me. Please assist me with the following correction and guidance:

It is not a special copy of the plugin. And WPBakery doesn’t have any special code for this. You can follow the WooCommerce documentation and create the order tracking form using their shortcode. Also, check how it works with a default WordPress theme without the WPBakery page builder.
