Transfer of the site to a new domain

When I migrate the site to a new domain, I lose all my settings. I do the transfer completely with the database without plugins. I also transfer the file system without plugins.

When starting a new site, the theme settings are reset. Export settings from the old site does not help.

How to correctly transfer the site with all theme settings?

I’ve solved the problem. I used the “Duplicator” plugin to migrate the site. With its help I did everything perfectly.
