Transfer site to another server

Good afternoon! I moved the site from one server to another and all the template settings have flown. Help me please.

And one more question. When transferring, all settings of the template “flew”. I have all the site files and the database of the site that worked. Where can I find the template configuration file there and how to install it on this transferred site (the domain is the same, different hosting only)
