Did you check it on the default theme? If not, please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not.

I have checked with theme storefront, but show sidebar option inside categories (mobile version) is not using in storefront.
so it’s a theme issue.
