Translate HTML blocks using

As you are supporting WPML could you help me, as I understand the only way of using HTML-blocks on a multi-language site is totranslate the HTML-block (copy-translate) THUS A NEW translated HTML block is created with a new ID. The refer to this new ID in the translated page/widget where the HTML is being used.

Is that correct or do you have more information?
