How can I translate my account page and also the from for the sign up and sign in

Woocommerce (My Account page is Woocommerce template) is translated in the same way: Loco > Plugins > Woocommerce.

You need to enable WPML translating in WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization and then you can translate in WPML > Strings.

Find “Strings in the plugins” choose “Woocommerce” and press “Scan selected plugins for Strings”
