Translate ‘Search for products’ placeholder

I have a problem with translating ‘Search for products’ placeholder. I have tried to translate it via Loco translate as described in some other topics here on forum but i can not get it to work. Can you please take a look at this issue?

It works fine now.

I have one more question, which is off-topic. I would like to rearrange different parts of the heading (please look at the image). I want to put the logo in the middle and have the search always open on the left. Which template in the theme files controls the header layout?
