I have the problem that I can not translate “select Options” in German. I have translated the entire website with the Loco plugin but the “select options” can not be translated. (see picture)
can you help me?

You need to create the translation in Loco > Plugin > Woocommerce. This sting relates to Woocommerce.

Try to set the user language the same as the translation and check again.

When you activate the Catalog mode swatches and the select option is hidden as there is no sense select anything if it is not possible to add to the cart. This is the way Woocommerce work and WoodMart does not influence.
You would better disable the catalog mode and just hide the price and add it to the cart button.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.
When you need to rewrite the Woocommerce string, you need to create the translation in Loco > Plugins > Woocommerce.

Currently we are still in catalog mode, you need to deactivate the mode to see what we would like to translate!
Please change “Select Option” to “Ansehen”.
INFO: The catalog mode is currently still active, because we do not sell yet.
When the bug is fixed, only then we will deactivate the catalog mode.
I also don’t understand why you need variable products.

It does not matter. “Select option” appears for variable products only. You do have not variable products. Try to change Add to cart string. It seems you have customized something and that is why Loco does not display the translated sting as it should.
Single Product always has added to cart. Try to change this string.
