translate the child theme

Hello,
I bought the woodmart theme, and installed the child theme on my website https://test3.f6m.com/fnt/. I also installed the Loco Translate plugin to translate the child theme, but the plugin can only translate the parent theme and not the child theme. Can you give me support on this? thanks

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

I saw the screenshot you attached.

You have to just translate the parent Woodmart theme not the child theme.

Please install the Loco translate plugin then Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Translate the theme into your language then go to Relocate Tab >> Select the Custom option and save it.

In this way you will never lose the theme translation files after the theme update. http://prnt.sc/pet78p
