The text of the free shipping is coming from Theme Settings. You can edit the text from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Free Shipping bar.

Ok i tell you that i didnt find it in wpml string translation, i dont want to scan all the elements (themes and plugins) it slow down website
so which theme or plugin i’ve to scan to find the translation ??

1. I have translated the free shipping bar on your website. You can find it under string translation now.

You can also modify as you need.

2. It is the font issue not working in Safari. Please try another font from Theme Settings >> Typography.

Then check back.

2/ i’ve tried with arial it works, but why fonts i use are working on firefox and chrome but not on safari ?? I’ve check my original file (ttf / otf) and everything is ok with special charachter and symbols
Can you pleas provide me a solution cause i need to use those fonts on every browser

1. The string translation could not cause the issues as you mentioned.

You can add the translations in the String translation yourself.

Please go to WPML >> String Translation >> Click the scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Translate texts in the admin screens link. https://cdn.wpml.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/translate-texts-in-admin-screens.png

This will take you to a searchable list of admin strings. Find the Words that you want to translate and then select those words and add them to the string Translation then you will go to the WPML >> String Translation >> then find and translate them into other languages.

From there you can add the string to the string translator.

2. As the issue is not with the Arial font which clears that the issue is not from our theme. Sorry but we could not help you with this. Please try using other fonts.

Your answer is not an answer… your theme works with custom font so why mine arent working on safari ?? you have to find the solution

As it works with other fonts then it is the font issue and not related to our theme.

Please check how this font works with other themes that have custom font features or install some plugin for that.
