    Hi,

    I have the configuration:
    WordPress 6.5.5
    WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency 5.3.6
    Woodmart 7.5.1

Once I create translation for the value of product attribute then this value disappears from the filter list in the specified widget. I mean the widget: WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav

    For example:
I have attribute with the name: “Release date” and with the shortcut: “release-date“.

Next, if I create a translation in Dutch by WPML for the attribute with the name: “Veröffentlichungsdatum” and with the shortcut “release-date-de” with the name 01.01.2000, then this value disappears from the filter list and if all values were translated for the attribute then the filter is not displayed at all.

You can check it yourself by the way described above.

It looks like a bug of the widget. What can you offer as a workaround or quick fix?

    Thanks.

I wasn’t correct in my explanation.

I meant that if you create a translation for the attribute values, then you do not see it.

I have the attribute “country” and many values: Norway, Italy, etc. If I translated these values, then I do not see that values anymore in the filter.

Price filter also doesn’t work correctly when you change the language.

    Hi Hung,

Now I can’t provide an access to my environment because it is local.

    You need to do:
    1. add two languages
    2. create one attribute (translatable, archivable)
    3. create two values for the attribute
    4. add product and translation for it, set the attribute values for origin lang, then synchronize attrs in WPML management for all products
    5. change the language to the second one
    5. go to “Shop” page or any archive page (by attribute name)

You will see that your pages have different view and price filter (if it exists) does not work at all.

I send you several screenshots in the private content section.

Do you have any caching functions in your template or why it looks different?

As you see on the screenshots the widget functionality and the view of the pages (archive and shop) do not work as well.

    Hi royalpay2023,

    Thank you details.

You should be able to translate product variations from WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes tab and after that, you need to press the Synchronize attributes and update product variations button, please make sure to take a backup of your site first for security reasons.

Here is a doc for more details:
    https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#variations

If still an issue persists, I kindly ask that you please move your site online and provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Regards,
