I am writing to follow up on my previous email regarding this issue. Unfortunately, the problem is still occurring even after the assistance I received.
The parent category and the child category are translated in both languages. The products are also translated.
When I visit the shop in the main language, I can see the parent category, the child category, and all the products normally.
However, when I switch to the second language, I can still see the parent category and the child category, but the products do not appear, even though they are translated.
Could you please advise on what I should do next or if there are any additional steps I should try?
