Hello,
If you don’t see the translation icons (the “+” or pencil) next to your Woodmart Slides, itβs usually because the Slides custom post type hasn’t been set as “Translatable” in your WPML settings.
Step 1: Enable Translation for the Slides Post Type
WPML does not always automatically “see” custom post types from themes. You have to tell it to look for them:
1. Go to WPML β Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Post Types Translation section.
3. Locate Slides (woodmart_slide) in the list.
4. Select the option: Translatable β only show translated items.
5. Click Save.
Step 2: Enable Translation for Slide Categories (Taxonomies)
Woodmart groups slides into sliders using categories. If you don’t translate the category, the slider won’t know which slides to pull for the second language.
1. Stay in WPML β Settings.
2. Scroll to the Taxonomies Translation section.
3. Find Slide Categories (woodmart_slider).
4. Set it to Translatable.
5. Click Save.
Otherwise, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards
