Translating Woodmart theme

Can I translate Woodmart theme in other language ? Do i need plugin for that ?

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

I have another question:
website main language will be Georgian but my client wants to add English language late.
if I translate theme file now English to > Georgian will I be able to add English as a language option later on.

In this case, you will need a multilingual plugin. We recommend WPML https://wpml.org/

So I will translate theme in Georgian like you said with PO file, and I will add WPML plugin later if my client decides to add more languages? Am I right ?

If your site language is Georgian, you will install WPML you will set Georgian as the default, and the language you need as translation.
All the strings translated in Loco would be as the default language.
