    Good evening to all guys.

    I wanted to kindly ask you for your help.

    We use a plugin called “Loco Translate” to do the translations.
    Let me start by saying that it has always worked very well.

    After updating to versions 6.3, etc., we found that we can no longer translate the name on i Buttons. (See attached image)
    Can you kindly check it out?

    These are the credentials for the STAGING Site, here you can do all the tests.

    Hello,

    This sting relates to Woocommerce.
    In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as you do with the theme.

    I did as you told me .. but nothing changes.

    I noticed from the CSS that the button invokes the WD theme.

    Am I wrong in something?

    I also did the translation from Woocommerce but it doesn’t work.

    can you do some checks?

    Try to synchronize the translation, and clear all the cache. I have tested it on my site and it works.

    I had already done the synchronization several times but I have not solved it.

    The cache what are you referring to? To the Browser? or within the site?

    If it were internal to the site with what can I clear the cache? i tried with a plugin i use, but i didn’t solve .. (see attached images)

    Also now I noticed that the button on the previews is no longer visible (See attached image ButtonNO1.jpg)

    Please help me get out of it ..

    Hello.

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent, or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    You have access to the Staging site, it’s not the Live one …
    So you can proceed to do any test you want ..
    This is a staging site for testing.

    As soon as all the plugins have been deactivated, all the translations appeared: https://take.ms/vtF7J

    You need to activate the plugins one by one checking the site to detect which one causes the problem.
