draspallParticipantI have the website in Spanish and the translation to any other language does not work for me, since there are words that are not translated. I have translated those words manually in a .POT and .PHP file, but it is not translated on the web once it is updated.
Where can I find those files?
I attach images of those words that I cannot translate.Attachments:

You have provided FTP access, and I need access to WordPress admin area.
Could you give me access to the admin area with admin rights?
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We would recommend using the free Loco plugin. Here is the video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.
In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.
Best Regards

draspallParticipantThanks for the information, but there are some words that I found in El Loco, I attached a screenshot and they are the words, for example:
“additional information”
“customer reviews”, “Related products”, etc.
Where can I find them to translate?Attachments:

draspallParticipantI also need to know 2 more things:
1_ How does the “compare” option work? I don’t see the icon above in the menu either.2_ I attach an image of the word BUY NOW, which I cannot find to translate and it does not appear in Loco.
