Translation home page basic LTR to RTL

Hi,
RTL don’t work (css). The rtl is not managed by the css at all. When I copy the base of the HOME BASE RTL page onto my page in Hebrew the RTL is not taken into account.
I use wpml for the translation.

RTL will be shown as soon as you set any RTL language in the Site settings: Dashboard > Settings > General.
