Translation is not working

I followed every guide to add the translation, but Locotranslate does not pick it up. I had to upload it manually, but the translation still not reflect on the front end.
Could you please have a look?

Hello,
We have checked your translation and noticed that it has a wrong file name for some reason. Currently, it is named as woodmart-ro while it should be woodmart-ro_RO. You need to rename this file on your website in the folder wp-content/languages/loco/themes.
