we have translated succesfully in de admin and this works correct for many years, because a few days ago we see the english translation. see URL and see attachment.

There is a known issue with Loco Translate plugin that can’t be fixed with a custom code in the theme. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/known-issues-with-wordpress-6-7/
In the translation settings, you need to go to the relocation tab and select the system folder
