Translation issues (Loco translate plugin)

Hi,
My plugin “Loco translate” works fine in general, but won´t translate the marked sentences (please view attached files). What to do?

Hi,

The first sentence is added with WPBakery page builder and you can edit it while editing your page in Dashboard.
And the mailchimp form can be edited/translated via Dashboard -> MailChimp -> Forms.
