Translation Issues Still Not Resolved – Request for Proper Setup

    Hello,

    In another ticket, we successfully translated the texts from the image, but now they are back in English again, and I can’t even find them in any file.
    Could you please help me and properly configure everything related to the translations?
    I’ve been going in circles with the same issue for almost a month now… It’s just a waste of my time.
    I kindly ask for your assistance. I just want to set up the website properly once and for all so I can start adding products and actually start working with it.

    since I replied to my last tickets here with you, I haven’t logged into the admin panel or the website at all.

    I received an email from WordPress saying that the site is down, and I thought it was spam. But now that I’ve read your comment, I went back to the email, and it said the following. I kindly ask for your help because I haven’t updated any plugins or themes.

    Hello,

    I have tried to login the cPanel but it ask for the Authentication Code.

    So in my suggestion, please disable the Loco translation plugin from the site by renaming the plugin folder. I am sure your site will be back and then I will check the translation from the loco Translate plugin through the File Manager plugin on th site.

    Hi,

    I’ve disabled two-factor authentication, but the device you’re logging in from is new, so it asks for a code once — but it doesn’t matter.

    I did what you told me and the site is now working fine.

    I don’t know why this plugin has to cause me so many headaches and support tickets…

    Please check what’s going on and just set it up in a way that all the translations are visible, so I can translate in peace.

    Hi, everything looks fine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I had received an email saying that the site was down due to WooCommerce. Could there have been some kind of incompatibility between your theme and WooCommerce?

    Could you briefly give me some feedback on what you did, so I can learn from your actions?

    Hello,

    No, there is no incompatibility between the theme and WooCommerce. It was because of the translation of some words from the Woocommerce translation. I have set up the translation, I am sure it will not happen again.

    1. The search product text has already been translated at my end, please check the site after removing the browser cache.

    2. The checkout text has been translated easily from the Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the Bulgarian language, then I found the words and translated them. Please check the site now after removing the browser cache and deleting the products from the cart, and then add them again.
