Translation loco translate does not work with woodmart?

I try to translate the woodmart theme but somehow this is not possible with loco translate. How is it possible?

We suggest you to keep translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder.

The translation worked. Now missing the theme settings. What can we do to fix it?

Hello,
1. Navigate to the Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate all required.
2. Check the Screen options and enable the features of the theme.
